Meet our Staff

Pastor, Rev. Dr. Theodore Rust

Pastor Ted Rust graduated from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in 1980.  He was ordained into the Christian Ministry at St. John Lutheran Church in Oak Harbor ,Ohio. On May 25, 1999 he graduated from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry Degree.  His Thesis Title was “The Harvest is Plentiful” (Luke 10:2) which included a program for recruiting new volunteers for vital parish ministries.  Ted loves being a Lutheran Pastor and looks forward to meeting you and working with you to advance the Kingdom of God.

 

Administrative Assistant, Theresa Lindquist

Terry, like many others in our area, relocated here from the northeast - southern New Jersey. She was a former communications systems programmer before retiring in 2001. Terry enjoys gardening, machine embroidery and quilting in her spare time. She also does some web design work on a part-time basis.

 

Music Director. J.T. Ellenberger

J. T. comes to us from Boyertown, Pennsylvania, where he was the Musical Director and Organist. He has served several churches, and studied at Philadelphia Theological Seminary (ELCA). His duties here include leading a choir and bell choir, as well as helping to plan and leading worship on the organ.

Nursery Director, Laura Scott

Laura brings her professional skills to the job of providing nursery services for our younger members. Her background is in child care, which she continues to do professionally on a part-time basis. She makes sure that our children are cared for during worship, as well as at other functions, and oversees the work of volunteers who work in the nursery.
