Mission Statement

St. Andrew Lutheran Church is a Christian community involved in service and fellowship, inspired by Jesus Christ, dedicated to spreading God's Word and loving care within our community and throughout the world.

To accomplish our mission we will:

1. Provide worship and educational facilities that are attractive  and functional.

2. Provide meaningful worship experiences through traditional and varied expressions. Stimulate participation by all age groups and shut-ins.

3. Provide opportunities for fellowship for members of all ages with special emphasis on events that bring together all age groups.

4. Provide information regarding opportunities to utilize time and talents and treasures within the congregation and in community outreach.

5. Provide support for members of the congregation and those in the community who are in need.

6. Develop an effective Evangelism program to reach out to the community.

7. Provide support to the North Carolina Synod and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with      Benevolence gifts that are a proportionate amount of our budget.

8. Provide varied opportunities for Christian education relevant for all age groups.

9. Promote interest in and provide support for our youth.
