Church Mutual Ministry
1) Purpose-
Affirming and strengthening the mission of the congregation and the ministry of
the staff is the primary purpose of a Mutual Ministry Committee. This is done not
through programs but through:
Listening and clarifying
Sharing and communicating
Reviewing and reflecting

Members and term- (to create a staggered cycle of 3 yr terms)

Congregational members who have been unable to resolve issues or personal
concerns by themselves can contact any Mutual Ministry Committee member to be
placed on next meetings’ agenda.
