Purpose- Affirming and strengthening the mission of the congregation and the
ministry of the staff is the primary purpose of a Mutual Ministry Committee.
This is done not through programs but through:
Listening and clarifying
Sharing and communicating
Reviewing and reflecting

Current Members and term- (to create a staggered cycle of 3 yr terms)

Congregational members who have been unable to resolve issues or personal
concerns by themselves can contact any Mutual Ministry Committee member to be
placed on next meetings’ agenda.
4)
All concerns brought to Mutual Ministry will be kept confidential to the extent
possible.
