and its contents are insured for $3,000,000. There is a 5% deductible for
Windstorm and Hail damage = $150,000. The present Buy Back program thru the NC

Bernie- Vision Coordinator-
we currently have no applicants for this position. Any interested parties
should contact a council member! There are no Lay Representatives named as of
yet for the NC Convention.
Property- Paul Miottke- The
kitchen floor has several beams that need to be replaced due to dry rot and
possible termite damage. Property reports that there are members that can do
the repairs; however, the kitchen will be closed during this time. Suggestion
from council- get professional bids as this type repair would fall under the
Capital Reserve funds, or the termite protection policy. Paul will contact 3 contractors for bids.
Property wants to install the sanctuary ceiling fan themselves; however,
council feels this should be done by a contractor due to the possibility of
severe injury. The compressor for the
Weeks Fellowship Hall needs to be repaired. Property will contact Hardison and
a couple other contractors for bid price verification.
Personnel- Egon Lippert – We
need a Funeral/Memorial committee- Walter Reed will cover this at the
congregational meeting.
